had water in clutches before, but because i went in a bit to deep and water went in by the vents.....you should check the vents at the clutch casing to make sure they are on right, if they look ok then i would check the clutch case seal and inspect the cover for any cracks, but if you opened up the clutch before, my bet would be that either the vents aren't on right or the gasket is bad.
