Default hid

FYI,
I put the VVME 55watt hid kit in my xtz. I tied into stock harness and had problems with flickering and 1 not starting. So I ran a seperate 30amp ciccuit from battery to a relay and they work fine now. Havent got to test them at night yet.

Bob, was the VVME kit a true plug and play? Does the stock battery power them up ok? Does the engine have to be running to provide enough power to fire the lights up?

Thanks
Seth

i have the VVME 35w, dont need 55w in these things. They plug right in..the hardest part was finding a place to mount the slim ballast. I have the 35w 880 slim ballast kit. I see no flickering at all but have not ran them for more then a few mins. i am going to order a second set of 35w's for the high beams. Now if i could get UTVCrap to order me my rigids....
