i dunno about the torque specs i believe they are like 75 ft/lbs but i have always just put a dab of loctite on the threads and just burried the nut down with the impact gun and left it be.

I found the specs in the service manual. It said 165lbs., which is really tight, but i agree with you red locktite and hammer it down.Hech , i don't know if i can put that much torque on it by hand.

most likely you wont be abe to do that by hand. just dab some loctite on the threads before you put the nut on and get with it. when i stops trning just let it be. give the lctite a min to dry and crank i up and give it a try

Adam is a jam up guy! he did my prowler 1000 stage 4 a couple of weeks ago! 1- day turn around! works great just have not been able to take video yet! waiting on my buddy to put 28's on so we can race stock vs clutch work

well regardless of what type of power adder you have, the machining does the same thing. you get more low end gains, better acceleration, and more top speed depending on which stages you do. the added power from forced induction would only make the bike even faster. the clutching i do will maximize your power output regardless if its 70whp or 170whp.

///Airdam i have a quick question for you i have a 2009 prowler 1000 i have the speedwerks clutch kit in it iam running 32" silver backs and was wondering if any of the stages would help me i do not need the high speeds at all i need all the low and middle power i can get thanks in advance for the info
