Nice looking exhaust...what kind of power does that setup add?

It added a few Hp i think, I notice it more with the throttle responce. It is really at low hp i can gas it and get a nice instant responce.
I also did the intake, it is not all perfect just yet. one more dyno run and i think i will see a nice improvement.

I would think i should of gained a bunch more hp, thats why i want to hit the dyno one more time and make some adjustments to the fuel controller.
I have talked to a few knowledgeable owners of the XTZ and we kind of aggree that the engine seems to loose a little hp once it has been riden for a while.
I did overheat mine pretty good and blow a few head gaskets, so maybe I need to freshen up the top end?

Maybe you need to push on the gas a little harder?
I got a feeling when it cools down you might think it is running like it's old self again.Ambient air temp will make it seem a little sluggish.
Maybe you need to have a leak down test done and compression check to make sure everything is good with the top end?

Yep, I will do the compression check etc.. for sure. I want one more shot at the dyno first just to make sure its not some simple adjustments.

Glamis Prowler did you ever get a H.P. reading on your XTZ with the dual exhaust?

No I didn't, my dyno I used at the Pro Shop is for tuning, I dont think it is that accurate. We did get 72hp at one time.
I have had so many top end isssues i dont think it has ever been 100% with the new exhaust
Or the new exhaust took away hp, I am not really sure which
