The Prowlers were relatively stock as far as engine and acc's.
First place was the Creagan/BiPolar Racing XTZ 1000, second was their XTX 700, followed by Polaris.
Pretty impressive that they were close to stock. I agree with Warlock, this is the first time a UTV has finished the Baja 1000.

Hi Prowler fans Jim C from Bipolar racing here. I've seen a lot of speculation about our race Prowlers.
Heres the scoop, all factory parts A-armes, tie rods, axels, hubs, drive train, motors, exaust,
brakes, and wheels.
Trail Ready can beadlock any rim (trailready.com). G.B.C. Motor Sports gave us some killer tires (Grim Reper) on the XTZ 1000 (Dirt Comanders) on the XTX 700.
ZERO FLATS !!!!!!! Only one bent rim. King Shocks gave us the ride were looking for.
See our web site for mor info and all our sponsors.

I have selected the Bi-Polar Racing Prowler 1000 as UTV of the Month November 2008 - UTV Guide. Nice to see an Arctic Cat take it over for a month!
Congrats to Bi-Polar Racing and Arctic Cat on the win!

Vision X LED Lights
You asked about the LED lights, I can say without hesitation the Vision X LED lights are the best lights we have ever ran and we will continue to run them in all of our future events.
With the limited power supply of the stater, the low voltage draw of the LED light is a no-brainer. The white light and no shadows makes them the ultimate choice for anyone racing or riding a UTV or an ATV in the dark.
Thanks Jim

Jim,
Do you guys have any pictures of the Tire Balls that you used? I looked on the Tier Ball website and they just had some general stuff.
Congrats on the finish & win!
Jon
