2012 HDX Power steering issue

new to the site, never had a side x side before this fall. always atv's.
well i have had a pile of issues with my ride since i got it. my dealer has been heads above the rest. they worked with everything and fixed everything asap without question. they are my first and only stop from here on out when purchasing a ride.
i am having a small issue now that doesnt include my warranty. i installed HID's only on the low beams. they are the 35's running the 6000 (light blue). well they work great but i have noticed my power steering is messing up occasionally due to them. if i turn the lights on when it is running, no problems. if the lights are on before starting, get error code "p 0635" and have no power steering. if i turn the unit off then restart the code is gone and power steering is back.
Is this normal? is there a trick to stop this?
to start, during the warranty issues, the stator was replaced along with the entire wiring harness. (yea it was a long fall)

Even though it is annoying, As far as I know this is normal if I sit with the key on in my 13 xtz And listen to the radio I will also get a P0635 code on my dash, and same result the code will go away once the key is shut off and turned back on.

P0635 is a power steering low voltage code.

I have a 2012 txt 700 with power sreering also....I haven't had this problem yet but I do know that if you have a bad cell in your battery it will trigger all kinds of things even though you have the power to start it ..the computer is only programmed to read a certain voltage,,it it were me I would think about changing the battery out
