Electrical Failure

Took my 09 550 Prowler for the first real ride in the bush in a foot of snow. worked awesome, until the last 100 ft of the trail, got into a bit deeper snow going uphill but was still progressing....and then, it just lost power. No accessory, no ignition still have headlights. Pulled off ignition, jumping the wires but still nothing. I thought it was the ignition bc quite a few times I had to wiggled it back & forth to get the instrument panel to light up. Now it's broke down in the middle of the bush, good thing only a few km's from my house. Please help!

Did you check battery connection, takes minimal to run lights but can loose connection when starter is engaged?

Did you check fuses?

Sounds to me like a fuse or fuses. Is something getting wet? The fuse box On the 650's are under the drivers seat. I don't know about the 550.

check the fuses.there one fuse that will make it go dead like that, dont remember which one.ign or main fuse.i shorted brake light wires b4 and that happened.you`d think it woulda blown the brake light fuse but it was a diff one.
