2007 arctic cat prowler 650h1 crankcase replacement

looking at a 2007 arctic cat prowler 650h1 that has that has a broken starter drive on cranks case ,new to arctic cat and wanted to know how much work or hrs i am in for .i have found a used crank case out of same model year ,would it just be a stright swap over, thanks guys great site

Welcome to the site! I'll defer to Outwest on this one! I do not have any experience on the 650, but it is a good machine!

2009 700EFI XTX, , AC Winch, 2010 Dust Shield EPI Sport Utility Clutch Kit , Street Legal, Cage chopped 2 ", Aluminum Diamond Plate Trim, Relocated Factory Bladders with covers, 5 Pt. Harness installed, Bed Tiedown System, Scat Pro-Car Seats, Secondary Battery installed, Oil Pressure, Oil/CVT Temperature, Volt Meter & Water Temp Gauges installed with Dash Plate, Bighorns, ITP Black 212 Wheels. Tonneau cover. 750 Big Bore Kit, Web Cam, and Rocker Arms.

Either - Dick or RD

it would be a straight swap over,the 650 is a good engine.

I'm a little confused at just what is broken. Amount of work involved will depend on whether you will have to go all the way to the center of the motor or if you only have to access one side of the motor. My brain is working slow after the holidays. So bare with me...
