Help with repairs

So I took the Prowler to the dunes for Presidents Day. I wound up hitting a witches eye and busting the tie rod on the drivers side and as a result of trying to limp it back to camp I also grenaded the cv joint inside the hub. Can I buy just the cage with the bearings and where? Oh, I also broke the retaining ring for the top of the shock that holds the spring (on the rear), are they available? Thanks for any help.

sounds like a bad day,as for as the axle your better off buying the complete axle, and it will probably be cheaper, you can buy from amazon or e-bay i believe for 200 dollars or less,as for as the retaining ring not sure if it listed on the parts list or not,i will look after bit.a member on here fairmont79 i think bought a axle not too long ago.

2015 A/C Sport,With a few add ons..........

CV joint rebuild kits were in the 100-120 dollar range, I found severe duty axles on Ebay for 109.99 with free shipping. The rears are the same part number for right or left, the fronts are specific to right, or left. Good luck on your repairs.

2009 700EFI XTX, , AC Winch, 2010 Dust Shield EPI Sport Utility Clutch Kit , Street Legal, Cage chopped 2 ", Aluminum Diamond Plate Trim, Relocated Factory Bladders with covers, 5 Pt. Harness installed, Bed Tiedown System, Scat Pro-Car Seats, Secondary Battery installed, Oil Pressure, Oil/CVT Temperature, Volt Meter & Water Temp Gauges installed with Dash Plate, Bighorns, ITP Black 212 Wheels. Tonneau cover. 750 Big Bore Kit, Web Cam, and Rocker Arms.

Thanks for all the replies. I didn't think the whole axle would be that cheap, so it's not going to be an extremely expensive repair. Any day out without injuries is a good day in my book, parts are parts!

okay, I ordered the axle through Amazon, but I'm having some trouble finding tie rods, any suggestions? I don't want to spend $200 on upgraded tie rods!
