differance in plane jane and xtz?

What are the add ons and differance in a H1 and the xtz? I have a 07 650 xtz very clean. I run on to a 08 700 H1 body beat up pretty bad. I would like to buy it (because it has fuel injection) and put my body on it and any other parts a xtz has that a H1 doesnt. Put the damaged body on my 650. I'll do a little body work to it fix it up and sell it. Would this be practical and will body and other parts interchange?

? i thought the xtz was a 09 1000 cc

H1 is the motor syle in the 650 XT and the 700 XTX. The XTZ is an H2 1000 cc

Sorry: gave you the wrong info. Mine is a XT. The 700 doesnt seem to have all the add ons. He didnt say what the suffx was. Just a 700. I've looked at so many of then, had xtz on my mind. Was wondering if my body, bed, hood, wheels would fit on it. Mine has a speedometer but another fellow who has a 650 (2007) says his doesnt. Courious to know what are considered "options".

The gauge cluster was standard in 2006. In 2007 it became a option and so did the alloy wheels on the 650's. Everything plastic wise will interchange. The only thing you have to watch for is the bed release. Some were outside the the plastic and some came through the plastic. I don't understand why you don't just sell your clean 650 complete for more money and then buy new plastic for the 700?Seems to me like less trouble explaining or having to discount the one you are selling?

Sandchris: Mine is lime green, which I like, very clean, looks like new but high milage, 3600. (all open road miles) (tires even have over 60% on then) I have 6K in it. I could probasbly get the 08 (with fuel injected. ) for that amount or less. To replace the body. (its black) with some cracks and a few other things. To buy all new green plasti body parts would cost too much. I could repair the body damage, and fix the minor things and switch bodys, I would still have my jolly green giant, with fuel inject. and only about 800 mi on it, sell my 07 and get at least as much out of it as I paid for the 08. (maybe even make a couple of dollars) Just a thought.

The green body parts are 400.00 for all of it plus shipping from babbitts online.
