slack in prowler

Just wondering if it is normal for the 700 prowler to have slack in it when you apply the brake,i set it up and it holds good but before it catches hold it rolls a little backward or forward a little then it catches has slack in it somewere.

are you talkin about the brakes, or the Ebrake??

I guess it would be the e brake because when you let off the gas and then get back on it it will have slack in the forward motion right before it enguages and takes off,it is kind of jerky,it is hard to keep stedy without jerking it around

That would be the slack in the "turf-saver" differential, it's normal.

I had the same question on my first visit here after I got mine.

I think you hit it right on the money the turf saver diff has more back lash in the ring and pinion than the other models.
