XTZ vs Redline Revolt

Just wondering if anyone has raced a Revolt or seen the two race? Similar HP, thought it would be interesting.

top speed on the redline is a bit less......

the redline is a lot lighter, i'm sure it would smoke an xtz for the first leg of the race.......

my buddy drove all the way to michigan two weeks ago to buy one, they quoted him a price on the phone and then jerked him around when he got there.....he got back in the truck and left.....wasted a day off, drug the kids all the way up there, gas, food and hotel......

they do look cool, however.....there's some smokin' deals on left-overs right now......they have inventory to unload...

my buddy is 6'1" and about 250 and he was extremely cramped......the xl (I think it's called) is bigger but they didn't have near the deals on them...

the redlines all weigh about 650-700lbs, and have a fairly peppy engine and a very good clutch seup. their power to weight ratio is greater than the XTZs meaning the redline would likely outrun the XTZ untill about 60mph. the redlines all top out around 60-65mph. all 3 models use the exact same engine, clutch system, and trans and all have the same gearing.

from talking today with a few redline revolt owners, they all said their machines are super quick off the line and pull super hard to about 50mph. the main reason is because the bikes run a great clutch setup. it is gonna be hard to outrun off the line and keep up with them because of their powerful engine, good clutch setup, and lightweight. they weigh HALF what an XTZ weights, so naturally the redline "should" spank the pants off an XTZ in stock form. but a modified XTZ with some good clutching should narrow the margin significantly and definitely start to pull away when you get above 50mph.
