power commander V with auto tune

hey guys lloking for some info i had the powercommanderv and the auto tune installed on my prowler 1000 but i was just wondering if i was supposed to leave them hooked up together all the time or just every once in a while any info would be apperciated

I dont own one yet but if you want the programmer to work you need to leave them pluged in.I think if you disconnect them they go back to stock

Well unless they've changed things since I had one in my king quad you can unplug them all you want, the only time the info should change is when you change it.

I talked to the guy from Dynatek. He told me that either way was fine, you could either unplug after it tunes itself, and it would be fine or you could leave it plugged in and it would continuous tune, as in elevation changes,different load requirements, etc.
