Seat Covers

I'm sure most of the older Cats have the seats cushion pulling apart from the hard back case. Looks like a poor design for a bumpy ride.

Where can I find some slip over seat covers for our 2006?

I don't know if the seats I bought will fit your 2006, but here is what I did when my seats separated -

The cushion part of the seats on my 2008 Prowler XTZ Baja 1000 separated from the hard plastic bucket. I tried gluing the cushions, but the quickly became unattached again.

After exploring my options, I bought complete aftermarket seats at Northern Tool. I bought the camo color because they were about $10 cheaper than the black color. The seats I bought have many captured nuts in the base. They were advertised as John Deere seats, but they are identically sized as my original seats. They bolted right in place. I paid less than $200 for two seats. They are probably a little higher now.

Here is the only photo I could quickly locate showing the new seats -

I've got the same problem and like Terry I've been looking at tractor and lawn mower seats. I found some at near by Orscheln Farm & Home that looks like they'll fit, just haven't decided what I'm going to do yet. My seats are in great shape other than pulling loose from the back.

I've got my stock seats, yet. I would consider selling them. Shipping them would be the expensive part. But, I would part with them. I'll have to check on shipping costs to price them out. They are in great shape, no tears, or squish marks. Just kinda dusty and maybe a few beer splashes on them.

The shipping is why I sold them locally! Dusty, yes, Beer not so much! LOL

I've seen some seat covers on eBay that are suppose to fit our seats.

Update: after searching eBay I think it would be cheaper to buy seats!

That's what I found when I was looking to repair or replace my separated seats. Not only were the seat covers more expensive than new seats, they did not address the separation of the cushion from the shell.

I decided to try a little quick repair on my seats to hold me off until I decide on something else. Takes 24 hours for the glue to cure, we'll see how they hold up after a few rides.
