Arctic Cat HDX storage

Well, I just added the underhood storage to my HDX, lots of storage in there! Question...Seems like there is a little bow in the middle of the hood, if water/rain happens it looks like will be channeled down the windshield and right into the storage..does anyone have this issue?

Mine has a rain channel separating the storage area from the bottom of the windshield. Think they all do.

yeah, this one does too - But it doesnt seem to go all the way to the end of the compartment. I guess i'll need to keep an eye on it and see how it does.

Same on mine, but I've never noticed any water in the tub.

just one lil issue .... when your on a side hill steep enough to tip over and in trees and a tree stops you from going over you can't open the front end to get tools or if you on your side /top you can't open the hood to get tools n tow straps , shovels ect ect .... you need not ask how I know these things

Good point! I keep dry clothes, hand tools, and stuff that I can do without in case we roll over! All extraction gear is in the bed! I installed a tie down system from a pick up truck. Three aluminum slotted bars, and movable tiedown rings, rated at 500 lbs each!
