Air Tools

Once again I was surprised how much torque is generated by a Nitrogen powered air tool. I started out using my air tools on the road utilizing a compressed nitrogen tank. It removes/installs the clutch nuts without any problems. Since I moved I no longer have a air compressor for my garage. I use a 10 CF tank on the road. It is good for a couple of uses before it needs replaced. Thinking about putting a larger tank in the garage, but not sure if it is needed.

distance to re-fill ?? convince alone to me would the deciding factor . running out in the beginning or middle of a project would frustrate me a bit.

BUTTTT ... I have invested in Milwaukee 18 V battery impacts [1/4" , 3/8" and 1/2" ] and hammer drills also a reciprocating saw, extra batteries and all is well for portable tools with no air line to drag around. heck they even make a 12 amp hour battery for these now , mine are 5 amp hr.

3. sit a spell and swap some lies with the best of us

Welding supply shop close by. For my needs it is ideal, commercial application would suck! Just makes more sense than installing a air compressor, plus my impacts are all air powered. Really works great for traveling!
