650 h1 valve adjustment

Has anyone set valve lash on the H1?

0.006 exhaust

0.004 intake?

cold engine?

i have a 08 prowler 650 i put on a new starter an it wont crank jist goes up on compression an stops i ckd compression release on cam an it works it moves free it has new battery 750 cca auto battery new 4ga battery cables new solinoid is the valve adjustment that critical on these

Valve adjustment does make a difference but with that battery I would think it would turn over. I seem to remember someone one here putting on a new starter and it was bad also.

Out of adjusted valves will effect the the compression release. I think they need to be .006 on the intake, and .008 on the exhaust. Both are measured cold.

Tonneau cover. 750 Big Bore Kit, Web Cam, and Rocker Arms.

I would check them,but i still think it should crank over.

2015 A/C Sport,With a few add ons..........
