joyner vehichles

have any of you down in america seen or heard anything about those utv`s that joyner is pushing? i looked at one online seems fairly well built and its got a frign 4cyl car eng in it.

Made overseas for the most part and assembled in the US I hear.

2009 Prowler 700 XTX Walker Evans Shocks,STI Roctane 27/9/14 and 27/11/14 tires,Warn skid plates,Ridgid Ind Prerunner Cage,Home made spare tire carrier,Hids high and low beams,1.5 inch wheel spacers,E Brake Alarm, Rear diff vent mod Etc. NO TURF SAVER!

I could be wrong but i think Joyner went out of business last year or earlier this year.

I thought I heard that too, But on another site someone said just the distributer in AZ went out? Who knows.

Inquired about one of their bigger machines a couple years ago and top speed was only like 40 or 45 mph

They are junk, and out of buisness. There were some dealers still selling off there old inventory.

Yeah, Joyner folded (both the US importer and the China manufacturer) and now the folks that have them are chasing down all the spare parts they can to buy up and keep in reserve.
Joyner was a heavy and slow vehicle. The people that own them swear by them, that is until you out climb them, out handle them, out run them, etc... They were made very cheap, exposed bolts sticking out into the driver compartment, low grade tubing and worse...
They used a 3 cylinder Cheery motor, which isn't a bad motor at all, but the rest of the utv sucked...and that's putting it nicely.

Arctic Cat Prowler Desert Race XTZ: ITP BajaCross tires on ITP Beadlocks, Beard Super TZ Seats, Crowe 5pt harnesses, King Off-Road Racing Shocks, Custom Racing Chassis with 7 inch longer wheelbase, +5 Suspension set at 16 Front and 17 inches Rear inches travel, UTVINC did the tube bending
