Clutch/Drivetrain Jingle Jingle

Maybe I can get lucky here and someone can help me with this. I have 09 XTZ with about 1200 miles on it. Only have had it about 2 weeks so I'm not sure if this is normal.
Anywhere from 20 to 30 mph I hear a rotating jingle sound. Go any slower or faster it goes away. It's not the exhaust or heat shield. It will not do it in neutral revving up, I think the belt spins in neutral so maybe it's nothing to do with the clutch? If I'm driving while the noise is happening and just let off the gas it stops. I have applied the parking brake a little bit with it doing it just to make sure that wasn't it.
I know it's hard to describe what a rotating jingle sounds like but anyone have any clues or is this normal? Maybe I can take a video and post it?
Thanks in advance.

yeah it was muddogefi, I think his issue was something different though. His was more of a rattle wen his machine was idling I think? As far as your issue TexasXTZ, have you changed your oil lately? if not, try draining it out and check it for metal shavings. You may have a problem with a thrust washer in your transmission, I know this isn't good news but it has happened to other XTZ owners on here. I'm no expert by any means on this issue but I know on the earlier model 1000's this was an issue with some of them. Others on here will chime in soon that have dealt with this problem, I believe Flying121 had a post on here with pictures of his failed thrust washer.
Hope this helps,
Mitch

Well I hope that's not it. I can tell it is something rotating and also only does it when powers going through the tranny. It's almost so load that it doesn't sound like its inside a case (engine cover) or even oil. Maybe someone can reply soon that's had the same issue. Thanks fellas for the help so far. Is it possible to post videos on here? Maybe ill drain a little oil soon and take a look.

Also I'd like to start a list of problems that early model XTZ's had. I keep just running across a few things and I think it would be cool if you know of something please post it.
Things I know of so far:
Water pump leak
Stock rear axles pop out
Weak head gaskets
Thrust washer in tranny (don't know much about this yet)
Anymore? Thanks!!

I suggest you remove your belt cover and inspect the drive belt and clutches, it may just be a frayed belt or perhaps a bolt has come loose in there. I really hope its something simple.. simple usually is cheaper

Yeah, I'll do that too. Doesn't the belt spin in neutral though? When I'm in neutral and rev it up everything sounds great.
