front diff fluid

changed my front diff fluid last night holds 9.3oz i drained out 6oz and i let it drain for 45 minutes in heated garage. no leaks anywhere.

2015 A/C Sport,With a few add ons..........

Wen I changed my diff fluid the first time I was surprised how little was in them with no leaks

2009 Prowler 700 XTX Walker Evans Shocks,STI Roctane 27/9/14 and 27/11/14 tires,Warn skid plates,Ridgid Ind Prerunner Cage,Home made spare tire carrier,Hids high and low beams,1.5 inch wheel spacers,E Brake Alarm, Rear diff vent mod Etc. NO TURF SAVER!

That's kinda what I was talking about yesterday on the other diff post. It might hold that much, but I suspect you fill it up and it will start to leak somewhere.
It also may have small pockets in the castings that do not drain out when you drop the fluid, unless you turn it upside down.

I agree looks like the drain plug is a little above the bottom of the diff.
