Need help finding a part number...

I recently picked up a cab enclosure second hand. The doors have a striker plate that installs on the frame next to the seat. There are two of those hexagon shape cutouts there that I guess I need inserts to install there to thread bolts into. Do you guys by any chance know the part# for these inserts? Picture of a similar cutout shown.

If you talk to them, find out if the insert comes with the bolt or just the insert?

I've used the "Contact" function to ask Arctic Cat a couple questions (one being these inserts), but have yet to receive any reply back from either question. I guess that function is all show and no go with AC.... Guess I'll have to try calling them again....

I've used it twice, both times I received a response within 36 hours. First time regarding owners manual, second time regarding AC oils & lubricants. This was off the AC Site

Did some searching online. Is this what they are using? Seen them listed as Hexagonal Insert Nut or hex insert rivet nut....

BRALO - Products

http://www.rivetsinstock.com/rivet-n...ivet-nuts.html

Rohs Steel/iron Insert Nut Hex Rivet Nut - Buy Iron Insert Nut,Flat Knurled Nuts,Ribbed Rivet Nut Product on Alibaba.com

So what keeps them in place? Are they tapered wider at the top and that is what keeps them in? Or do they require a special rivet tool to expand them when they are inserted?

For you guys that have installed some, do you know if they were half hex inserts or full hex inserts? I guess they have both.
