Help ,Noise ?

I have a 2007,650 Prowler and I though my "belt" on the drive was bad.Removed the cover and NO problem with the belt ! Replaced a few wheel bearings and the noise is getting louder. It sounds like a high ,pitch ,squeal comming from the motor ? The sound stopes when I take my foot off the gas petal ,but is right there when I step back on the gas ,and the faster I go ,the louder it gets !! When it's idealing ,the motor sounds all right. Any help on what it might be guys ???

Do you have to be moving or will it do it when in neutral and you rev the motor up?

I'm no expert, but maybe the one way bearing is going out..... Or your belt is slipping.... You can pull your belt cover off and watch it spin the belt up and see what it does (DO NOT drive with the cover off as it will screw things up, but you can rev it up while in neutral with the cover off).

Belt is good... No glazed or glossiness to the belt where it has been rubbing?
Not the wheel bearings cause they are new...and it slows as the engine slows and it's not brakes. Cause it's not it speeds up even sitting still?

Could it Possibly be the bearing on the primary going out? Or another transmission bearing?

Could be the one way bearing,I am not counting out top end not oiling, when he revs it up.(Driven gear)just a ball park guess.

Doesn't sound like what happened to mine when the driven gear failed, there wasn't any squealing just a lot of valve rattle and loss of power. But because yours is an '07 checking the oil pressure would be a good thing.

'07 Prowler 650 H1 XT, L.E.D. stop/turn signals, Summit Racing heater, AC winch, AC windshield, soft cab & doors, 6' Eagle Plow, oil gauge, Maxxis MT-762 truck tires, AC Fender Flares, E-Brake alarm, Yutrax UTV Jump Seat, Dynatek CDI

The sound is only when I give it the gas.....and if I go down hill and let the motor run on it's own ,there is NO sound .ONLY when I give it the gas or power it up !! Sitting in my garage with the wheels off the floor and motor at "idle" NO SOUND !! Press on the gas....much sound !! ??? "HIGH PITCH SQUEAL " Very hard on the ears !!!

Check the bearing in the clutch cover, it is held in place with a snap ring, removing the belt/clutch cover is easy to do. The bearing supports the secondary clutch.
