Really frustrated

Hi since I bought my 2006 arctic cat prowler 650 xt H1, I never got a drive out of it yet ..... changed my palls in my clutch and now when I put it in gear it stalls the engine....and sometime it just grinds and won't go in.....need some help badly ....

-1999 Polaris Sportsman 500 ATV
-2006 AC Prowler 650XT (SOLD)-- updated bevel gears, updated oil pump driven gear, 4 wheel disc brakes, line lock E-brake, Papa Slap clutch, Xentec HID's, Dynatek CDI, Warn skid plates, Intellitronix gauges, 2010 intake/cvt duct work and dust shield, RZR seats, Bestop folding windshield, full cab kit, rear cage and rear seats (4 seater)

I changed my rollers in my clutch

You say you haven't got to drive it since you owned it,or since you replaced the rollers.sounds like the one way bearing is locked up.

Actually I just bought it a few weeks ago and can't figure out the problem....can you please explain to me what the one way bearing is and where it is located ....thanks

It provides engine braking, and it is located on the wet clutch hub. You have to remove the clutch assembly, and the inner cover. also have to drain the oil.

Harness installed, Bed Tiedown System, Scat Pro-Car Seats, Secondary Battery installed, Oil Pressure, Oil/CVT Temperature, Volt Meter & Water Temp Gauges installed with Dash Plate, Bighorns, ITP Black 212 Wheels. Tonneau cover. 750 Big Bore Kit, Web Cam, and Rocker Arms.

I am all new to this another stupid question where would the one way bearing be and which one is the wet clutch....

someone who has the link to the manual for this rig .. please repost it for markflow

or search on here , as there is an online manual available.

also while at it ... fill in your signature lines so we can help ya better / ask fewer questions to get to an answer

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE NEWBIES ...
1. Bring in a good load of firewood for the pit
2. start the morning coffee , strong but not burnt / boiled down , IMPORTANT start it early as many of us old farts get up early !!
3. sit a spell and swap some lies with the best of us

You need to pull your clutch cover off and rev it up in neutral and see what the belt/clutches are doing when you rev it up. Let us know what it does when you do this.
