2010 xtz water pump

I seem to be seeping radiator fluid out the edge of the water pump. I did a search and found some stuff about a weep hole on the 09, but not sure if it is the same on the 10. I went to the dealer and he said I probably needed to replace the o ring in there. It was just a kid at the parts counter that I don't think really works on them so I wanted to make sure that sounded right?

Thanks

looks like you can buy a o-ring.

Not sure if that is the fix for you though...
I think I still have the service manual on the computer.

Here is a link to the parts blow up.

I am 99% sure that the pump is non serviceable.

That o-ring looks like it a oil seal.

As those parts are not the internals of the pump. They are the parts that turn the pump shaft.

believe it the whole part replace also ... on my '09 they did a "recall replacement" before mine was delivered to me, however I don't know if it was still an issue for the '10 model

name is Gary or hey you if ya forget

2009 Prowler XTZ , couple things added here and there
'83 CJ7 / SBC + whole lot added here and there
'01 Dodge / Cummins / Dually, a ton of stuff added here and there

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE NEWBIES ...
1. Bring in a good load of firewood for the pit
2. start the morning coffee , strong but not burnt / boiled down , IMPORTANT start it early as many of us old farts get up early !!
3. sit a spell and swap some lies with the best of us

Bummer... Thanks for the info! I see now that little o ring isn't holding back coolant. I was hoping for a 97 cent fix not a 200 dollar fix.
