I have that brand , they do bolt right up to our seat bottoms BUTTTT they don't fit the width opening well , you have to force them into the space provided from the factory and it will eventually tear the seat cover a bit down at the bottom edge .. at least that is what it did on mine , I have an XTZ and that spacing might be a lil different on the XTX I don't know.

if your a big feller the seat frame will not fit you well as the side bolster has a portion of the metal frame the comes up and digs into the hip area .. for me it was too much as I have heavy scaring from 2 major surgeries with one hip .. anyway I took the driver side back to factory and left the passenger side in as my wife has a bad back and the suspension seat helps enough that she still rides with me , otherwise she would not go and that's not in the game plan.

name is Gary or hey you if ya forget

2009 Prowler XTZ , couple things added here and there
'83 CJ7 / SBC + whole lot added here and there
'01 Dodge / Cummins / Dually, a ton of stuff added here and there

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE NEWBIES ...
1. Bring in a good load of firewood for the pit
2. start the morning coffee , strong but not burnt / boiled down , IMPORTANT start it early as many of us old farts get up early !!
3. sit a spell and swap some lies with the best of us

I think several members have the PRP seats, but I went with Scat procar extreme series seats on mine. I found 3 models that would fit my Prowler (09 700 XTX), and you can order out of Summit or Jegs.

Thanks for the replies guys, I am 6'2" 270 so me fitting it the seat and being comfortable was one of my biggest concerns. I am also worried about them moving me forward and putting the steering wheel too close to me. As far as brands I'm open to opinions, I really like the AC ones but I like the price on the PRP ones better lol

I really liked the AC Hi-back seats, buy the price was somewhat high, I looked at the Scat Procar Seat site and found 3 models that fit the Prowler, 2 were available in vinyl, and 1 was cloth covered. All of the seats shown on the site also show the dimensions. I'm 5-10, and 170 so the seat is great for me. If interested in the scat seats call or email their customer service, they are great to work with.

I installed RZR seats into my Prowler for cheap (think I paid $100 for the pair of seats). Only small modifications to get them to bolt right into factory base plate. They fit nice, but they will move you slightly closer to the steering wheel. You can see pictures here.....http://www.prowlertalk.net/forums/ar...t-install.html

I think the Rzr seats look good in your buggy Shane.......my factory A/C seats are a little closer to the steering wheel also....but when I bought my Quick release steering wheel,I got it with a negative off set.......which put it closer to the dash.....
