Polaris RZR XP VS Arctic Cat WildCat

Polaris RZR XP VS Arctic Cat WildCat

UTV Off-Road Magazine just published an article pitting the RZR XP against the Wildcat. Has anyone seen or read it yet? I had the opportunity to be a test driver for the article and we had such a blast comparing them.

I took a bunch of photos that day and not all of them were published in the article. Here’s a few of my favorites that were left out.

You can check out the complete review in the new Oct/Nov issue of UTV Off-Road magazine.

Normally the articles show up online after the following issue has hit the market.
This may not be your vehicle but it is always good to see what is happening in the industry.

Not bursting my bubble! I just stating what I think about the mag and I hope the two members that talked to the owner of the mag chime in here. For those of you that enjoy the magazine Im glad I get it at home too. But anyway its nice that Arctic Cat is getting some attention in the mag.

I agree 100%.. I have buddies that ride both. XP-900 and Wildcat... In a "drag" race the RZR wins. In everything else the Wildcat wins. I have driven both and there are some "ruts" that going over at 40mph you hardly feel anything in the Wilcat and the RZR will bounce off the freakin road. I would take ride comfort and ability over 2 seconds faster 0-60 any day! And I looked it up.. Arctic Cat spent an est $1.3 million in advertising in 2011, Polaris spent $10.8 million in 2011. So if you a Mag who are you gonna show more when your in business to make money?

P.S. Am I the only one that noticed in the pic of them sitting up on the stump that the Wildcat is on a taller one with the passenger side leaning downhill but the both cabs are leaning about the same. Switch places and I bet the RZR will about roll over. (Just my opinion?

Everybody's got their own opinions and preferances and yes.. some magazines are a little biased but like Daryl said, most of us would give up a couple seconds in a 1/4 mile to have a way better handling and riding machine. For those reasons I have to agree, I don't know about you guys but one of the MAJOR things I look for when considering a new ride is durability.. I need something that I can take out and hammer on every once in a while and be able to not worry about breaking it

2010 700XTX Orange -- Custom snorkel, Diff. vent mod (dry cavity), Bighorn 2.0's on custom painted "blacked out" rims, HMF Swamp Series XL with turn down, /// airdam stage 5, Some EPI goodies, Dynatek FS, Chrome headlight covers, Flip out windshield. "Cooler Hauler" ... Sold for another toy but still hangin around
