Take the arm off the parking brake caliper, turn the shaft clock wise to tighten the pads up, and re-install the arm. You may have to drop the skid plate to get enough room to work on it. Service Manuals for your prowler are available online. Someone on the forum will direct you. I also have a 2009 XTX, it is a great machine! The procedure I outlined is per the manual. Hope it helps!
