Smile Looking for a good Ride!!!!

Hello and Thank You!!
I'm an old retired fart living in Costa Rica. I'm interested in building a UTV form ground up and looking for a plan or assistance in my venture.
Since importing goods to Costa Rica is expensive, I'm looking for parts and materials that will help me in building a vehicle that will suit my needs here in C.R. I've been here five years and the government has a strict policy and price for importing goods and materials from another country. For example,
I moved here in 2005. I owned a 2004 GMC pick-up and it would have cost me $20,000.00 in duty to bring it in the country. I opted for a 1992 Jeep Wrangler that cost me only $2350.00 in duty. Let's just face it, the government here is corrupt and this makes for difficult times unless you are willing to pay. What I'm looking for are plans and parts for constructing a UTV (or maybe a golf cart on steroids) that I can use here. I'm a damn good welder and mechanic (I worked for Cummins for many years) but I am looking for plans and components for building Grandpa's sled. I know I can bolt a motorcycle engine on a frame and go like hell but I'd like a nice little cruiser that will do 60mph on the beaches here and15mph in the mountains and haul maybe four persons. I'm also wanting to build a business that can survive the economy here and I can pass on to my relatives. Maybe I'm crazy but that's my story and I'm stickin' to it. Any and all help would be deeply appreciated.
Thanks,
Rich

I saw a nice home brewed UTV on Ebay one time. A guy stripped the body off a Suzuki Samurai, and his own Yamaha Rhino looking body. Sometines you can find a nanged up Samurai cheap. That will do 15 or 60!
