New Guy

New guy here from texas, Picked up a used 08 for hunting season and to play with during the off season. I sure wish I would of found this forum before I purchased it. From what ive read the prowlers are not built to well. So far ive replaced the rear and now i have a broke front differential. O THe fUN

2" Lift, 31" Maxxis Zillas, Gorilla axles, Snorkeled and ready.

Welcome to the forum, But not all of our Prowlers are NOT BUILT VERY WELL.

2009 Prowler 700 XTX Walker Evans Shocks,STI Roctane 27/9/14 and 27/11/14 tires,Warn skid plates,Ridgid Ind Prerunner Cage,Home made spare tire carrier,Hids high and low beams,1.5 inch wheel spacers,E Brake Alarm, Rear diff vent mod Etc. NO TURF SAVER!

Welocome to the site. Desertcat is right. These are good machines but like everything, has its limits. According to your signature you ride the same type of riding that i do. Big tires, thick mud, somethings got to give. He He He

as long as you have those big mud tires on it,you are going to keep right on breaking stuff.been there ,done that!put stock size with alittle better then stock tread and you1l be much better off.so will your wallet.

lol i learned that quick, what puzzles me is there are no aftermarket rear end or front end differentials. Give me something a little better then stock. I enjoy hotrods and a rear end and tranny is a essential upgrade
