Change Oil

Hello,
I'm new to the forum. I have a 07 650 Prowler with a full skid plate. Does anyone now if you have to remove the skid plate to change the oil?

Shouldn't have to, mine has a hole to get a socket and extention through to remove the plug. Although, there will be a bit of a mess on top the skid plate to cleanup, it's not hard to do.

Yeah no need to remove skid.

Kinda pain to get the plug back in.

Can't recall the socket size off the top of my head.

A tip for putting the plug back in, put a piece of paper towel or a smaller nut in the socket before the plug so more threads are sticking out.

With the plug in the socket there is not much threads to get started or to help feel around for the drain hole.
