starter problems starting?

sometimes u stop on trail next time u go to start it, its like a dead battery, let off try again and it might work right, starter sounds kinda loud too,never left me on trail, but sounds like future problem

already, it has 700 miles, starts good in cold weather

On my 1000 sometimes it lands on the compression stroke when it is shut off and will kind of dead head on restart, I just let off and try it again and it is fine.

that sounds similar, kind of from day one. sometimes u think u need a new battery, then next time its strong.
