demo ride

I had a chance to take this machine out for a ride on the weekend. They had a track set up in the bush at a ATV park that is just getting off the ground. First time out I rode with one of the AC guys doing the tour. Was nice to see what is in store for the passenger. He went slowly around on the first go round and then let it rip on the second go round. They had some pretty large whoops setup on the track and it ate they all up with no problem. The ride for the passenger was smooth and lots of leg room unlike the rzr which feels compact. The doors are a nice touch just missing a better grab bar for the passenger. The next time it was my turn to drive. I found the machine more responsive than my prowler but I did find it to be flat after 50 mph. There was no bump feed back in the steering at all. The EPS is wonderful. I got to ride by myself so I could really let it go. just hammer it and took all the bumps with ease. Turning radius is about the same as my prowler and the brakes felt soft. The rad in this thing is huge about three times wider than mine. Oil cooler is up front and out of the wway but no fan to cool it. No e brake has park now, has a nice growl with equal length header pipes much the same as my muzzy, easy to check oil level , hid lights. But then again these machines have been everywhere so they were beat up on by everyone including me. Impressive heck ya would I buy one? If I could afford the 18300.00 price tag sure. But for now I will keep my prowler for a few years.

How do you think it will hold up against the xp?

2010 700XTX Orange -- Custom snorkel, Diff. vent mod (dry cavity), Bighorn 2.0's on custom painted "blacked out" rims, HMF Swamp Series XL with turn down, /// airdam stage 5, Some EPI goodies, Dynatek FS, Chrome headlight covers, Flip out windshield. Heard that there were several riders in my area for the demo ride. The machines were all rode hard and put away wet. End result is that not one machine was reported to have broke down after 4 very hard demo rides. I would have to say that this machine is a tough one for sure. If all types of riders are trying it and putting the boots to them AND the machine survives, I will certainly be looking closely at one.

I have been trying to talk my friends or anyone I know into buying one. Frineds with no family off course just someone that needs someone to go riding with.

I heard from a good friend in the bussiness hp numbers are not 95 but closer to 78. I guess time will tell what it really is?

My sled with the susy twin(1053cc) in it make 125 hp. I don't understand why they did not use that motor. Is it because it sounds like an eragation pump when it runs LOL. Goes like heck also can hit close to 100mph. That would of been a sweat motor in a prowler.
