yes, i swapped from silverbacks. Not really play in the mud anymore. Gonna use to for hunting. If I decide to play in the mud ill purchase just a 4wheeler.

prob will end up going back down to a stock style tire next. It set up mainly for looks as of now.

Well at least you know you'll be getting everything you need right down to the seals. I would still crack open the new diff and check that pin weld. I saw a new mudpro pin that only had 2 spot welds on each end of the pin the size of a matchstick head....scary!

yes i got the manual, the link started working again. Ill see if i can get it back and check on that for you. Looks like ill be just ordering the complete dif.. freaking sucks..

RyansCat The rear won't have spiders. Did you get a manual? I just used the online one, it was pretty easy to rebuild going by it. Had to figure out shimming the pinion off the ring gear with peoples help.

Berto On the front one? I'll see if I can get it back. I sent it to my uncle to try to jigga rig that socket part. Is the rear the same pin? I have the rear here I can look at when I get to work

I've heard of that before, I bet the pin is broke though. I would like to know if your pin had the grooves from AC like mine did. The replacement pin that I took from a mudpro diff did not have the grooves but the spiders were missing teeth. A guy from highlifter sent it to me for shipping cost.

Berto holy crap, now im over 800.. now its getting tempting to just order it all together.

Thanks for you help, babbits told me to call the dealer and cat country told me it was included. ... go freaking figure

0502-548 is the big side only, not the cover. I had to get that too. The ring gear is the expensive part if its shot. If you buy the ring/spider gearset, check that weld out on the spidergear pin before you install it and get a good weld on there.
