That is a great idea. It looks very well done. Thanks for sharing.

wouldn't work for me , the woods rides I take would have that peeled off or smashed quick .. low hanging tree limbs or downed trees we go under sometimes require the roof "lifting" them a lil .. strong roofs required

so does he have parade lights that needs extra juice to run or what LOL

'01 Dodge / Cummins / Dually, a ton of stuff added here and there

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE NEWBIES ...
1. Bring in a good load of firewood for the pit
2. start the morning coffee , strong but not burnt / boiled down , IMPORTANT start it early as many of us old farts get up early !!
3. sit a spell and swap some lies with the best of us

It would work for me. I have very few trees (and none in my way where I ride). Actually, in the limited space I ride in, I don't need a solar panel. A long extension cord will do.

I do have native tall grass. It grows to about 6' then dies back. Once blanketing the great prairies, the tall grass was almost cleared to extinction during the farming methods used after the OK land rush. It is still rare to find it. My neighbor has 100s of acres surrounding me and I see no tall grass there at all.

I have about 15 acres of it that is so dense that you cannot see the deer walking through it. I can walk out about 10' and disappear in it. I have a small number of 'clumps' of it that are appearing around the property.. I hope that it is a trend.

For your viewing pleasure, here is a photo I took this morning after I quit mowing for the day. This tall grass is about 2/3 grown.

There are places that are protecting the tall grasses:

I am happy that someone cares. Now all I need is some Bison...
