Discount Tire, OffRoad Evolution and Nitto Tire team up for 2013 Ultra4 Race Season!

(Picture above is from a pre-run last weekend)

Come show your support for Discount Tire, Off Road Evolution, Nitto Tire and a bunch of other great sponsors this year at the Smittybilt Everyman Challenge, 2013 King of the Hammers, Ultra4 Glen Helen and the Ultra4 Reno to Vegas Races. Mel Wade of Off Road Evolution and co-driver Jim McGean of Dynatrac will tackle these races starting with the Smittybilt Everyman Challenge and the 2013 Griffin King of Hammers race this February. Mel and Jim will be driving a newly built TJ during the Smittybilt Everyman Challenge and, for the 2nd year, they will pilot EVO1 with a newly installed HEMI, new Dynatrac axles and a new paint job for the main 2013 Griffin King of the Hammers event!

Sneak peak of the new TJ and EVO1 upgrades have been slowly popping up on Off Road Evolution's Facebook page. If you aren't already... Follow along with the builds here: Off Road Evolution | Facebook

I went there a couple of years ago for a 3 day guys trip quad riding. We did some crazy trails and had a blast. That place is Amazing.

Here is a link to some cool photos from that trip.

so just for heck I put a jack under the front of the wild cat to see how high I had to go before tires came off the floor. From the floor to the middle frame I measured 24" before tires started to come off the ground. So there is about 11 "of sag. To raise the car 3.5" won't do much to ride quality. That still leaves me 7.5" of sag.
