New aluminum work

Hey guys.

Just got the Cat back from Trevor at Aluma-Art and thought I would post up some picture. The entire rear section of the car is aluminum now. He built me a tool box / Cooler, spare tire mount and some gas can mounts. All off these components are held in by Dzus fasteners and can be removed individually in a matter of minutes. Let me know what you think good or bad.

Thanks.

Yes I have a sickness for crafty aluminum work. LOL

The license plate only tells the truth when I am daily driving the car. If a Razor or any other car that looks fast rolls up on me I simply turn a knob and then the number on my plate means nothing!

Well it's out of the garage and tearing up the neighborhood. I have been tuning with the lap top up and down my road for a few hours. It's way to hot for the dunes right now. I mostly do desert riding but I might start hitting the dunes next season. The car is running very well considering it's 110 degrees outside. I went back to a single auto tune with the PC5 and added a GM 3 bar map sensor and it does exactly what it's supposed to do. I am running the auto tune via pressure based so it is spot on at every throttle and rpm position. So far so good. I need to get Johnny to make me some UHMW skid plates to take off the overweight aluminum plates I have now. I might drop t off for some 1 off skid plates as know one seems to make the UHMW plates for the Prowler 1000. I am heading to Crested Butte Co next month with my dirt bike but i am going to bring the XTZ to see how the turbo likes altitude. When it cools down here in September I will tear the car apart and powder and paint and then ride the shit out of it until the motor fails an then figure out what has 4 wheel drive and will adapt to this chassis.
