Tip o' the hat to Country Cat

Got an e-mail that they were offering $4.99 flat rate shipping, and I had a few small OEM items I needed (seals, skid plate bolts, stud, lug nut), so I placed an order around noon on 2/16 (Monday). My shipment arrived yesterday, 2/19 (Thursday). Well done!

Yes I have been very impressed with Country Cat. When I ordered my parts for my front differential (housing, gear case, O ring, and gear oil) I placed my order online and the gear case was not in stock, it said allow 2-3 business days before it shipped. Well the next day they called me to make sure I knew there would be a delay in getting the gear case and to tell me that they could not overnight the oil (I paid extra for overnight shipping), she told me they could go ahead and send the three in stock items that day and then overnight the gear case when they got it with no extra charge. I told her that would be great and two days later I got the three in stock items and the third day I got the gear case, very good customer service on their end.

Babbitts online and service is decent, parts department in person left a lot to be desired, I knew the parts book better than the kid behind the counter. Won't go in person again!

Ordered me up a hard top from Country Cat tonight. Been looking for awhile and they still show $4.99 shipping, so figured might as well pull the trigger. I tore the shiite outa the soft top a few months ago and the Prowler has been looking rough. Accessories appear to be getting scarce for these "older" Prowlers.

Ain't that the truth! You won't be unhappy with the AC Top, I've beat the hell outa mine, and it still looks like new! Older Accessories, and the prices they ask are outrageous!
