hello there just wondering i just put in a brand new short block in my machine after running it my clutch sounds like a bag of marbels when it idles down ,so i put new rollers in and new plastic slides on the face of the clutch. ran it again still the same i notices both clustches run always would the wet clutch be acting up.

Yes the clutches should not be turning.
I would diffidently pull down to the 1 way bearing.

Did the short block not come with clutches?

x2 when at idle ,nothing should be moving

It doesn't explain the bag of marble sound but what is your idle set at? If it's too high the clutches will engage, it should be around 1250-1350 RPM.
