Not normal. A few things to check.
1. Alignment
2. Tire wear
3. Suspension bushings
4. Suspension bolts and brackets.
5. Tire pressure
First thing I would do is check alignment at ride height. Second thing I would try is swapping front tires around. I have seen the tires wear from the alignment being off in a way that makes the front end do exactly what you are talking about. The prowler has a lot of bump steer. So I have had the best luck in the past by setting the toe in at 1/8-1/4 toe in at ride height or in other words 1-2 people sitting in it.

one other thing to check would be you rear CVs i broke a right outer and when you left off the gas at speed it would dive hard to the left ! like scary change lanes, wear your spurs hard !

It only has 110 miles on it and has done it since new. tire pressure is fine but it has that turf saver rear diff. could that have anything to do with it?
