does my 2014 prowler 700 have a rev limiter,when I'm in low range with tracks, around 7200rpms it cuts out a little.

Not sure specifically for the 2014, but that sounds like a rev ecu limiter kicking in. Those that want to get rid of that usually do a chip performance mod and turn it off....... I think that RD has done that on his.

Yes to having a rev limiter and it being set around 7200rpms.

I wouldn't raise the limit. Maybe high range with or without some clutch changes would be better.

Factory redline is 7,300 RPM. With a stock motor that is about all it will take without getting into valve float! These things are buzzing at 7,300 rpm!
