I have been reading alot of the threads about the problems with the new 1000 axle coming out of the rear diff? I have not had this problem with mh 700 XTX. Did AC change the set on the 1000 vs the 700 or do I have something to worry about in the future?? Also I read alot about the tie rod bending on the 1000? Anyone had this as a problem on the 700 XTX?

I broke two one weekend at Glamis. I had some heavy duty ones made and have had no more problems.

You don't need to worry about them coming out but I have heard of them breaking. I can't confirm this but I have read about it on the forums somewhere. The part numbers are different for the 700 and 1000 axles. I think they made the 1000 axles shorter to compensate for the lower ride height. Maybe some of the 700 guys could chime in here and help you out.
