15 to 17 psi. lets see some pics of your ride!!!
Yeah that will be interesting to see what breaks first axles or diff. Chris you at some point hit 17lbs according to the factory tattle tale computer.hehehe .. Chris has blown enough axles to know how much boost is safe on stock axles.
I truly hope no one has to go thru those learning curves like I did. They are very expensive.Especially right in the middle of the season. The best one was seeing the side cover blown off and the ring gear sticking out the side of the rear end half way to patton hill. And as you probably know warlock arctic cat has a 65.00 charge to pull your part the same day plus the overnight shipping.
I talked to larry the other day at banner. He still wants 450.00 and you supply the material.I dont know maybe he was having a bad day.If you think you can find someone cheaper and you need to copy this one it's really not that big of a deal to pull it.

Chris are you still running 4.0 gears?

What is your top speed?
All of the pics I have seen are sand is that the only place you run?
Controlled force:

Nice work looks like a good job... I think I might be a little leary of 15 - 17lbs on a normal basis.. Hope it all works out for ya... How long has it been running? How many miles do you have on that set-up?

I just got it all back together last week so there is not much time on it, as for running that kind of boost I'm not sweating it I've changed out the pistons to a forged set and dropped the compression ,I have a friend of mine back east making 25lbs and he's been beating on it for the last two years.I guess the axle's might be in question but if it breaks I'll go with a Gear One set up and hope the rear end hold's up.

Yes i am still running the 4.0 gears.85mph on the street and I backed out of it.Still has a little more i would say. That was fast enough for me.

I run in the desert as well. And up in northern az.

Do you have a flat spot off the bottom when you first nail it?Or have you got to that point yet?

Chris... What RPM are you running it at?
I am a little light on my secondary spring though.

No flat spot, when you nail the gas it takes off like gangbusters I'm very impressed with the performance!!!
