Hey catman, sorry to hear about that.Couple of questions though. What year and model are we talking about? Also if AC already approved the claim at another dealer that claim number should be tied to your vin. right?I wonder if AC thinks that it was already fixed?Or if they don't think it was already fixed why they won't fix it now if was approved?Something does not sound right.I wonder if that dealer charged AC for the fix and did not do the work.I would ask why they are denying your claim when it was approved before.Ask to be on speaker phone at the dealer while the conversation is going on.
I gotta tell you i have plenty of friends with other utv's that have a lot more than what you are talking about that the factories will not fix.

 Sorry to hear about your problems with AC backing up your warranty. You do have rights by law for this kind of thing. Your problem is none of my business but I would fight it to the end. I have had a good experience with my 2009 XTZ when it comes to warranty. Perhaps you need to phone another dealer and explain your situation and work with them on getting it fixed. If that doesn't work for you then I would demand the dealer have a represntative from AC call you to discuss this matter. Keep a cool head and be very professional but stand your ground at the same time. You will prevail and when you do please post here again to let us know that you are a happy AC customer once again. :)

Regards,

I wonder if the new dealer contacted Cat Care instead of Arctic Cat. Cat Care is the Extended Warranty company that Arctic Cat uses, but they are a freaking pain. They will not cover certain things like cosmetics or pretty much anything that is plastic or rubber and they make no exceptions. I am a dealer and if you want me to try and contact AC for you pm me because they have always been good to me and my customers when it was definantly a manufacturers defect.

What would say to the fact that the camo peeled off of my Max 4 650 when i was washing it. My dealer said they wouldn't cover it. I had the machine only about 7 mos. when this happened.

Did your dealer even try calling Arctic Cat. AC has one of the best camo plastics out and I have not seen any peel so yours would have been a rare case that could have been looked at. Cat Care wouldn't ever consider it, but AC themselves may

I got a 2010 XTZ reg warr fixed oil leak then cat care fixed head gasket 1'st time then broke rear axl 2'nd time no probs at all. And my org dealer did the oil leak then went out of bizz and had to take it to another dealer for the rest. I think cat is trying to get rid of the reg dealer and go with bass pro.

We have a new Arctic Cat dealer here in Western Pennsylvania and it's not at Bass Pro.

When I bought my 2011 XTX 700 two of the wheels had marks on them and the dealer got new ones from AC, no problems.

My friend took his Ranger in for warranty work regarding his wheel bearings. Once they saw he had a lift kit which was a mild kit they not only canceled his warranty but they would not fix it. Dam Po Po

I am not here to point fingers at all. The issue starts at the dealers and if they said for example it was over torqued they the factory will back them up, but if they dealer goes to batt for you then I am sure it gets taken care of.
