I'm having trouble getting nut off movable clutch pulley on my prowler 650
2006.shaft keeps turning.shear pin is broken i think because pulley moves
freely.Help

Stubborn pully

I think I read some where in here before was to use an impact gun, I guess that takes them right off. there is a post in here some where about another guy that had the same problem, and how he got his off..
I will look for it and send you a link if i find it..

When you put it back together be sure to use red locktight. Thats what Adam from Airdam told me.I think it calls for about 165lbs of torque, but Adam says just put it back on with a good air wrench and red locktight.

that is right, the factory loctites the nut on, and you have to do so after you re-install everything. if not the primary nut will back off. there is some dissassembly instructions with pictures on my website. my website is in my signature just click the link and look for the dissassembly page.
