I finally got new prowler in and like it alot but when I went to take it off trailer it felt like the brakes were hanging up on it.It will roll and the tires are not sliding but it feels very tight.Let me throw this in it was -20 degrees here the day I took delivery.I thought this could be the culprit and brake pads stuck to disc but after plowing snow all morning,it never felt like it loosened up any.I called dealer and was told this was normal and that it was the engine braking system.Has any other new prowler owners had this problem and if so whats the fix?

i ride a lot of hills around quartzsite some are real steep, if you don't touch the gas it will almost stop on the steepest hills, it has a very good engine brake, yes this is normal.
