I purchased a 700 XTX H1 EFI OMG WTF SOB SOS.... last week and immediately put 70 miles on it in the Terlingua Ranch/Solitario area (lat N 29° 22' 15" long W103° 38' 11")
It was a blast. But I bought it more for a tool than a toy. (Yeah Right - That's What I Told My Wife).
As much fun as it is, it's noisy and puts off a lot of heat from the engine compartment.
Can anyone recommend a decent silencer that won't rob power too much, and/or a thermal blanket that fits in the cowling?
