Just picked up an '06 650 XT H1, first time I've owned or even driven a side by side.

I notice when I turn, even in 2WD the rear inside wheel will be jumpy, whether I am on gravel or dry pavement.

I did a quick search and it seems that this may be normal for some models that have the rear diff locked all the time, but just wanted to make sure so thought I'd ask here,

Is this normal?

Thanks in advance

Correct, you have a locked rear diff.
