OK,

My prowler has adult harnesses in the rear and my kids do not fit properly in them, even with a booster seat. do they make smaller harnesses? anyone have ideas? i let them ride with the lap belt but dont feel ready to hit glamis like that..thanks $plit

what brand do you have? Are they Y style or seperate shoulder straps?

crow Y with auto/airplane buckles...i can only get them so tight before the buckles get to the "double stitching" and wont go through the roller buckle to tighten..PITA

Can you cross them in the back and remount them to shorten them?Ya know behind the seat.I hat to even suggest this but tie a knot in them by the mounting eye?I am sure tieing a knot in them will make the breaking strength go down by 50 percent?

i moved them from the rear x bar to under the seat that helped take out some of the slack .. i must be doing something wrong...

Can you cross them under or behind the seat to take up mor slack?

Airplane buckles?Are those the ones with the knob that you twist to release?

The individual harnesses seam to have more adjustment to them. I went to the Simpson 5 point and they work much better than what we were using

no, instead of the hook and velcro system its like the old style car seat belts with the latch..crazy huh? i may have to just go to standard 4 pts...
