Hopefully I can get some input on this. Bought a new 2019 on 2020 for use on Prince of Wales Island, Alaska. In reading the specs it lists ground clearance at 10". It is more like 7" and sinks to about 5" when loaded. Needles to say the cheap plastic center and rear skid plates ripped off over this past summer. (I use this primarily to reach my cabin located on the water via a rocky beach). I plan to fabricate aluminum skid plates unless somebody has a better idea. Then I want to lift the suspension and am looking for suggestions on the best way to do it. I'd like to get about 3" more clearance. Thanks, Whale Pass Joe
