Prowler 650 H1 No Crank

Have a 2006 Prowler 650 H1, has a problem starting. Can turn the key on everything lights up like it should but when you turn the key to start, nothing happens. Brand new ignition and starter solenoid. All connections seem to be nice and clean. Bypass solenoid and fires right up. Anyone have any suggestions of possible culprits?
